Stay Away - Territory Manager Fellers Employee Review

After working for Fellers for almost years and growing the territory for them and working in the warehouse whenever needed. Being a complete team player and doing whatever was asked. I had 2 months in row that had a negative growth over the same 2 month last year. So I was fired the day I left for vacation. Nothing says enjoy your time off like getting fired. They don't care at all about loyalty towards sales people. I have seen them fire 8 reps in TN alone in the 3 years I was with them.
