I have never worked for a company that told me on the first day on the job, "This company does not give raises so don’t ask” Which tells me, “well obviously this company does not appreciate their employees and screams “Greedy".... In all the professional and non-professional sales jobs I have had over the past 10 years. I have never, “not” been compensated “Paid” for every sale I made. They use the “Base Salary” as a way to shut you up when you question the bonus structure and their “monthly secret reset of numbers” Which of course, lowers your actual sales for that month and lowers the joke of a bonus they give you. Then! On top of it they will not provide you with the true sales numbers. First of all the "Base Salary" is for you to Maintain the Current Business in your territory. This is not easy task!, as “Customer Retention “is just as important as new business Sales and to keep the customer from NOT going to a competitor, and the Bonus! is for New! Business and sales you bring in. “Not Rocket Science People”... since the Bonus is 2%” of New Month to Month Sales "A Total Joke” plus you do not get any residual Bonus on the sales you gained from the previous months. Which is ridiculous! Because they expect you to maintain the sales of the all the products you previously sold to each customer, plus try and get more and more and more sales from the same customer forever and ever to make any money...
