VP of Sales can be very passionate at times and can be interpreted as negative feedback.

Not unemployed. I mean, you could be without a job.

Management is lackluster. They don’t have a safety program of value. They don’t have lockout tagout for production employees. They have lockout tagout for maintenance, but maintenance aren’t the only workers putting themselves in pinch points. Union shop that management will disregard/circumvent for their favorite employee. They schedule for the weekend only 24hrs before the weekend begins. With zero regard to family time or work life balance. They tried to deny an employees request to go to church on Sundays. The employee had to fight the company to get Sundays off.
