Pros

Pay, certain people, opportunity was always on the record. There was toilet paper in the bathrooms, sometimes. Ice machines at every branch so that’s nice. Smell of ductile iron is most people’s favorites so hope you like that.

Cons

Treated unfairly and it was noticeable, never complained to management because I was scared I would still get in trouble. This person is maniacal and only out for her career. I liked all other aspects and people but she made each day depressing and negative. She created hostility and no one else in this program liked her. She didn’t even like the position but she’s all about moving up so she’ll do anything to get what she wants. Manipulative and emotionless is her, she plays it well. The upper chain of command are all happy because they make the money but there are so many.

Stable company with strong financial backing and deep pockets. Solid commission opportunities once you build a strong client base. Certain regions and business groups are willing to invest in and support business growth.

Cons

Some regions are under constant pressure to cut costs, making it increasingly difficult to service customers effectively and grow the business. Management is often absent and lacks understanding of the day-to-day realities of running such a lean operation. Overall talent quality has been declining, and the management compensation and bonus structure frequently drives irrational decision-making.
