Many opportunities to apply skills.

Cons

The management in some BUs (KOBs) look for the silver bullet in their desire for safety operations. They are willing to spend on the improvements. However, keeping people in supply chain (order pickers) is very difficult and the constant turnover in employees AND leadership at RDCs creates challenges in establishing consistent positive safety culture.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits

Overall talent quality has been declining, and the management compensation and bonus structure frequently drives irrational decision-making.
