Great Benefits - Medical includes fertility coverage and cost is income driven Great People - Feels like a family despite it's size, many people have worked here for 10+ years Stability - Company performance is and has been strong. Workforce reductions, when they do inevitably occur are driven almost exclusively through attrition. Very nice HQ building in the heart of City Center.
Cons
The company can feel a little vast at times. Despite feeling like a close-nit group, there are actually over 26,000 employees. Pay sometimes feels as though it's playing catch up to the industry standard, but that is not uncommon when working in tech at a non-tech company. That said, top performers are rewarded and can expect a 3-5% increase each year along with a 7-12% annual bonus depending on role and company performance.
