Pros
- Very strong executive management team - Most employees have strong passion for the business - Business is doing very well; growth outlook is strong - Ambitious sales organization; eager to win - Candy is a fun category in which to work! - Very transparent environment - it is clear where we're going, why we're going there and how we are planning to get there.
Cons
- Very new team: most employees have been at the company for less than three/four years - The candy industry moves very quickly and is highly seasonal, which means the SKU count is high and the category is complicated
