Pros
Candy is overall a fun commodity. Getting to see and taste new products prior to distribution was a fun thing to do. Good pay and good benefits. A lot of good people.
Cons
The company is made from a merger with a company that was made of many different mergers. Without a power brand the marketing side was different from the major brands from the standpoint that smaller opportunities were in the mix but timelines were extremely compressed. The company is bringing together different cultures and finding a new forward looking personality. That sometimes causes angst.
