Pros
The attitude at Ferrara has been incredibly positive and collaborative despite the stress that might come along with M&A. Employees are very welcoming and friendly, and while the company is growing rapidly, it maintains the community spirit of a small company. I feel as as though there have been multiple opportunities offered to me, and have been encouraged from all angles to continue in both my personal and professional development from the company. Strong focus on quality products/ ingredients and improved brand definitions/ development
Cons
With the acquisitions there is growth, change, and reorganization currently on going to blend multiple separate systems- which can leave small uncertainties in which directions the company will ultimately proceed in. Standard frustrations of beginning or transitioning to new systems.
