      Great Company History, a lot of great peoples

      Very Toxic Environment, it's suppose to be English language in the US but a lot of Spanish and Italian speaking don't fell included... Bullying if you didn't start in Alba you know nothing.... Shame very nice company... too much stabbing in the back.....

      Subpar 401(k) match, no non-salary perks Absent leadership Favoritism and double standards Controlling environment Lack of transparency No interest in hearing your voice, ideas EQ is not in high supply there but gaslighting exists
