Pros

It is a very stable company and transmit to their employees this stability. Hight investment on trainings. Starting to follow a project management methodology.

Cons

Too much hierarchical. Doesn't leave an space for innovation. Carrier plan inexistent. If you want to grow in the company you have to do too much lobby and since the jobs are very stable there are not too much opportunities to better positions. Results are not enough. Too political.

They are an extreme on micromanagement the wonder why they’re employees are messing up all the time under stress, full of nepo baby’s, new employees who aren’t in a certain bracket get very little time off, again more stress…
