Large projects allow for the opportunities to experience a great multitude of tasks from numerous angles. International company whic can allow for the chance to move around the world

Cons

Haven't seen a strong re-investment in employee advancement or education, though have seen improvements. Can feel a bit segregated with European/North American divide

If you don’t like to have a life and worry about getting written up when you don’t have pto bc you only get .5 every week this job is for you

Cons

Their polices, paid time off, and only 5 holidays, new employees under 5 years get under an hour of pto every week, leaving employees with very little time at the end of the year if you haven’t had an emergency and used what little of time you get
