Good benefites package, nice people, employer takes care of the employees, nice people.

Cons

For somebody looking for technical learning, it is not the right place, at ferrovial you will learn project management, not the engineering. Lack of carrier growth. If they fire you, it is ok; however, if you decide to leave, they take it a personal matter.

They are an extreme on micromanagement the wonder why they’re employees are messing up all the time under stress, full of nepo baby’s, new employees who aren’t in a certain bracket get very little time off, again more stress…
