FYI, this is FS North America, different from Agroman or Cintra which are also under FERROVIAL ... all located in Austin ... solid pay, competitive with the market plus bonus plans that really motivate, they care about work/life balance, let you off early on Fridays, and encourage you to take your time off -- its not a typical Austin office with shorts and flip flops, is more traditional business, but not uptight. Our CEO is approachable, friendly and transparent, leadership is not stuffy. Mixers and team events to keep us engaged, good about morale and communication and new hires get a cool welcome bag.
Cons
open office concept with low desks helps build relationships and chatting w/ colleagues can be fun but if not managed can be a bit loud. Their benefits got better this year but waiting on extra bells and whistles for 2019/2020 (but they make up for it w/ solid pay and annual bonus plans)
