Good tech. Free junk food in the break room. Somewhat decent gym.

Morale is completely based on pay. There is no team environment because there is no team. Everyone is looking out for themselves. If you ask for help and it doesn't help them then it takes forever. Dog eat dog culture. Even within the same teams. Especially with the merger...

If you don’t like to have a life and worry about getting written up when you don’t have pto bc you only get .5 every week this job is for you

Cons

Their polices, paid time off, and only 5 holidays, new employees under 5 years get under an hour of pto every week, leaving employees with very little time at the end of the year if you haven’t had an emergency and used what little of time you get
