Lots to learn from different department and helpful employees.

Cons

Management could be better in terms of understanding the structure of departments. But that was just the beginning of the project so that can be understandable.

They are an extreme on micromanagement the wonder why they’re employees are messing up all the time under stress, full of nepo baby’s, new employees who aren’t in a certain bracket get very little time off, again more stress…
