Terrible backwards company - Anonymous employee Fesco Employee Review

They tend to pay poorly and treat their employees like they are expendable in good times (booms) and like ATMs in bad times(busts). The company culture is that of constant bullying, which is encouraged by management, and treating employees like dirt. The equipment is very antiquated and even start-up companies invest in more up to date equipment. They rely very heavily on employees know how to keep old equipment running while at the same time telling them that they are terrible at their jobs. Its a family owned company that promotes only from within and only the family favorites.
