Pros
We support each other as much as possible in every way. Across every org there is a sense of inclusion and openness. We are a group of passionate builders with many varied backgrounds trying to build a vision of better collaboration in the manufacturing space. I'm excited to be at work every day because the people are such a joy to work with, and I learn so much from them.
Cons
I spent a lot of time with a blinking cursor in this box because to say there are no cons is not grounded in my reality. However anything I come up with are just minor inconveniences or trivial pieces that are usually solved after mentioning them to your manager. We're constantly evolving, so if you don't like personal growth that could be a con for you.
