Pros

Really enjoyed working with the manufacturing team here. It was a great metrology shop, but the work turned dull when we went remote due to covid. Many of the people left are really great, but it was the in person culture that was really amazing.

Cons

I quit out of boredom after two years remote. Just moving documents around alone in a room. Not their fault but they're still remote so you gotta really love remote office work.

This is hands down the best place I’ve worked in my career. The culture is thoughtful and supportive, leadership genuinely cares about people, and You are surrounded by incredibly smart, driven teammates. We move fast, which keeps the work challenging and exciting, and I’ve grown more here than anywhere else. It’s a place where you’re trusted, pushed to do your best work, and supported along the way.
