Goals constantly shift and they are usually unattainable and they know it. They set them anyway to appease investors and then eliminate people when they inevitably miss. They move goals around so frequently, they forget they did it. Certain members of the C-suite will openly verbally abuse, bully, berate and belittle people in open forums. They are extremely and unnecessarily top-heavy with obvious redundancy. This is largely due to the cliques or "favorites" clubs that are established by certain members of the C-suite. Obviously the clique members are the only ones exempt from the wrath and abuse from the leaders. These same leaders make knee-jerk, non-data driven decisions without considering the consequences of those decisions. The leaders create a culture of fear leaving the IC's feeling like they constantly have to look over their shoulders.
