Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you appreciate our culture and the emphasis we place on fostering innovation. Encouraging new ideas is something we truly value, as it's key to our growth and success. Regarding your feedback on time management, we recognize the importance of efficiency in our operations. Last year one of our main areas of focus was "Fictiv for Fictors" where we focused on the removal of non-value add tasks, reducing dependencies, increasing Fictor health, productivity and scale by bringing offline workflows online. We are always exploring ways to enhance our processes to ensure that our team can work more effectively without compromising the quality of our work. We’re grateful for your contributions and always welcome further suggestions. If you have any specific ideas on how we can continue to improve, please don't hesitate to reach out. We’re dedicated to creating an environment where innovation thrives and efficiency is maximized. -Sr. Director, People Operations

Pros

This is hands down the best place I’ve worked in my career. The culture is thoughtful and supportive, leadership genuinely cares about people, and You are surrounded by incredibly smart, driven teammates. We move fast, which keeps the work challenging and exciting, and I’ve grown more here than anywhere else. It’s a place where you’re trusted, pushed to do your best work, and supported along the way.

Cons

We can move to fast for some people
