This leads to anxiety and uncertainty thus making it difficult to feel secure or motivated. 3. Middle management and favoritism - Middle management values loose talks over merit. Those who don't engage in such behavior are put under performance scrutiny and eventually face the risk of being placed in PIP with no increment or has to take a increment of 1-3% which is a joke. 4. Unfair treatment of high salaried employees - High salaried employees frequently face potential PIP or termination, despite performing well. This could demotivate and lead to a feeling of insecurity, especially when job performance isn't a clear factor in these decisions. Reports of employees being terminated without notice or denied salary and notice period pay and being given zero increment despite good performance. These actions contribute to an environment where employees feel expendable and unappreciated, leading to low morale and potential legal issues. 5. Disconnect between vision and execution - While the company owners may have a visionary outlook, the higher and middle management team aren't working towards the companies vision effectively. 9. Lack of personal and professional growth - No opportunities for growth and employees are not treated properly and with no change to advance. People will leave to find a more fulfilling and growth-oriented job. 10. Best suitability - This company is best suited for those who are 2-5 yrs experienced professionals.
