Pros
Senior executive leadership is really trying to do the right thing and make it right for the employees. Due to the nature of the business, you learn a lot of knowledge that's beneficial to personal financial management.
Cons
Although the executives are trying, it doesn't get translated down the chain ethically. There's too much bureaucracy in middle management and it's all about who knows who and not necessarily who's the most qualified. Opportunities for growth is very limited and not based on your performance. Also, they will promote from their "inner circle" first before considering anyone from the outside, regardless of the qualifications they bring. Many are set in their Fidelity ways and not very receptive to innovative ideas.
