      Pros

      Free Cab, Free Snacks(With a Cap), NPS matching contribution, limited WFH options. The CEO is a really a great person, this shows in org work culture. Selected Certification reimbursement. Impetus on modernization of legacy applications.

      Cons

      Off-Shore onshore work split is pathetic. Cream of the work and the credits for work done by offshore is stolen by OnShore, you only get to scrape the bottom of barrel and fix the mess created by OnShore. Trust issues and Politics. Merit takes always second position. Onsite opportunities are limited to the Chosen ones. Huge restrictions on personal investing.

      Pros

      Benefits including profit sharing and bonuses are great. The breadth of this company provides a great opportunity to try out different career paths or boost your current one.

      Cons

      In my current role, I am working overtime more often than I'd like with recognition that seems to only go so far until it sizzles out. That may be tied to the size of the company itself, where promotions work in a "trickle down" manner.
