Pros

I got to work at a company that was willing to spend plenty of money to be competitive, and it was a great learning experience.

Cons

The company doesn't seem to really care about the people who work there. There is a lot of politics involved at Fidelity - so to move up you have to play the game.

Beautiful drive to the office. Great company perks. Lots of potential should the seasoned employees decide to work better with others.

Poor communication. Management was very controlling
