Fun, outgoing, and family oriented culture. No micromanaging from admin; as they trust their employees. If you want to work for a company that genuinely cares for their customers, community, and their employees this is the company!
Cons
You must be prepared to travel as the absolute best customer care requires in person training and continuous customer support. The amount of travel is spelled out numerous times in the hiring process as to ensure no surprises. If you enjoy meeting with customers and visiting new places travel is not a con.
