      Good place to work early in your career to gain experience

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities if you want to advance. Compliance is focused on hiring millennials and passing up seasoned employees for advancement. Leadership is weak and many inexperienced people are put in Supervisor roles.

      Pros

      Good work environment. Management can be good depending on your branch. Can make lots of close friends.

      Cons

      Very sales-focused. Does not matter if customer does not qualify for credit cards, loan, etc., you have to put the application in to meet quota. And the occasional rude customer.
