      Pros

      There are none that I can think of. Pay is decent, but not great.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours, very uninteresting work, and a work environment where coworkers will shun you if you tell the truth. If you want a work life balance, do not work here. Career progression discussions are non-existent.

      Pros

      Good work environment. Management can be good depending on your branch. Can make lots of close friends.

      Cons

      Very sales-focused. Does not matter if customer does not qualify for credit cards, loan, etc., you have to put the application in to meet quota. And the occasional rude customer.
