Pros

Relaxed atmosphere for the most part. Can learn alot, but not because of being taught, just by your mistakes

Cons

Drilled about sales numbers and phone calls made/appointments. You're penalized or written up if appointments don't show up to the office! Watch out when management changes because if you don't kiss butt, then they WILL GET YOU OUT! My manager would ask co workers who Im speking to on the phone, why im on the phone with a customer for so long, what internet sites im using to gather info or leisurely look at and counseled me because some customers were "cool with me!" Required to stay extra hours and don't get paid overtime, they will just adjust your time card if you try so don't dnt even try to sneak an extra hr in there. No support from upper mngmt nor learning and promotion opportunity. I was the #1 banker in the region for 11 mos straight when a new mngr came in and made me very uncomfortable. When I complained to the regional mngr, I was told to disregard and do my job. Crazy right?! I wldnt recommend this place to someone who has a professional degree. You can do much better.....

Pros

Decent benefits, reliable, friendly team but that’s branch specific

Cons

FIX YOUR STAFFING ISSUES!!! You all emphasize work life balance but have us working 6 days a week. If you don’t live in OH, your career opportunities are practically nonexistent. Also- close at 5 on Fridays like a normal bank.
