Pros

Fifth Third can be an exciting place to work depending on your job. 5/3 is involved in the community and does lots of work with United Way. They have some great mentorship programs and leadership programs.

Cons

Working the Central Cash Vault is depressing. You are in the basement all day with no windows. You process deposits all day, and that is all you do so not for someone who likes to do different things. The pay raises are terrible as well. So negotiate your salary before starting.

Pros

Decent benefits, reliable, friendly team but that’s branch specific

Cons

FIX YOUR STAFFING ISSUES!!! You all emphasize work life balance but have us working 6 days a week. If you don’t live in OH, your career opportunities are practically nonexistent. Also- close at 5 on Fridays like a normal bank.
