Pros
-great pay and benefits -learn a lot of sales techniques -if not at a bank mart - steady hours -training 3 months long, so you get comfortable -cannot work at home at all, so can’t take work home
Cons
-if at bank mart your hours suck -no budget for culture ex. To do something for your coworker, like cake for birthday, it comes out of personal pockets. I con this because they obvious could afford this. -training experience was good to the last month then my branch got to busy to train me on the important stuff.
