Good pay, small lean teams that lead to good teamwork and a lot of clout from the firms clientele.

Cons

Some of the worst management I've ever work with in my many roles. The CEO is the most selfish man alive. The whole firms prioritizes are out of wack and there is 0 structure at the firm. Hire people to be slaves and burn out. AWFUL culture. So cut throat and unprofessional. HR violation everywhere.
