There is a big difference in salary between Budapest and Miskolc. Why is this big difference (40%) in salary? Why is more valuable an employee's work in Budapest than an in Miskolc? I can not understand why a programmer gets more money in Budapest. It causes tension in Miskolc and this is the main reason why employees look for another job where they get more appreciation for their work.
