      Paid time off, occasionally work from home

      Cons

      Vista is just trying to put lipstick on a pig that they are starving to death. Old legacy products with no new development. Competent people cut to the point that existing commitments can not be met. The employees are screwed as well as the customers. Becoming more radioactive in the US banking community by the day.
