Business Outlook
Pros
I love working with my coworkers and our boss is awesome. We have a very open and honest working relationship and can all many friends. When I wake up in the morning I look forward to speaking with them, working out problems, laughing and yes sometimes venting, but we feel comfortable sharing and collaborating. The company is make great strides to keep a very large global company connected and feeling like "One Finastra". I look forward to seeing more.
Cons
We still have a lot to integrate so it makes it difficult sometimes to take advantage of connecting systems together and streamlining our workflows and processes. There are still some pockets of the business that are working in silos, we truly hope those get addressed.
