Pros
The most interesting factor about the organization is the friendly and relaxing work environment. My work life started virtually with a fun-filled and engaging onboarding session. The organisation grooms us with proper training, assessments and other sessions and therefore, is a great place to start a career.
Cons
Within 2 weeks of joining at Finastra, I couldn't find any cons to point out since everyone there is very supportive and provides proper mentoring essential for a beginner.
