      1) Best salary in the market for freshers 2) Nice environment

      Cons

      1) No career growth once you joined 2) Full of responsibilities 3) 95% Growth (Hike + Promotions) is only for female employees 4) People wont judge you on amount of work you done instead they ll judge you on how much you hold a bucket for them 5) HR dept is only to support managers, they wont care about other employees
