      Pros

      good pay for fresh graduates. laptop and equipments are good.

      Cons

      too much workload. the expectation is high. managers micromanage and assess the time to be spent on a task based on their understanding of the issues (mind you they have 10+ yrs of experience). no work-life balance. pre-approved OTs so basically the extra time you spend on an underestimated project is unpaid. would resign immediately if it weren't for the BOND.
