Business Outlook
Pros
Solid compensation package with great benefits, e.g. unlimited PTO. Fantastic culture with lots of opportunity for growth (personal and company wide). Senior leadership team seems to really care and listen to what employees have to say and then takes action on it. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone in my network.
Cons
Being still a fairly young company that’s a result of various acquisitions and mergers, there’s somewhat of a lack of overall structure/accountability and departments tend to work in silos. Also lack of maturity in operations. However, everyone’s working on overcoming this and I’m sure we’ll see great improvement in the future.
