Pros
Paychecks didn't bounce. No shortage of busy work.
Cons
After the merger, all US based locations have constant layoffs. Those employees that are left have to take on other job duties outside their areas of expertise. Low moral, top heavy management, too focused on current socialist leanings and not on real results.
