Pros

Company has great potential and works with a lot of great customers that deserve to be treated better.

Cons

Working at Finastra you won't be equipped with the necessary information about the products the company sells to the market as the company is still determining what their products can actually do. The best people keep getting laid off or leaving and that has created a knowledge vacuum that keeps getting worse. This company will continue to show their employees and the public that they're doing great things but the reality is that this company is a pig with makeup on and without real change it is headed to obsolescence. In order to grow revenue, the company has turned to forcing their customers to pay more money based on contract technicalities and threatening legal or financial action if they don't. As an employee here, don't expect for their to be any processes in place to make it easy to do your job - you will have to figure everything out on your own and get blamed for the disfunction of the company.
