      Company openly tries to be an inclusive company welcoming all people as they but falls short.

      Cons

      Company fails to deliver on product goals and key initiatives. Leaders are not working together to exceed. Overly concerned with the past and it hinders the ability to grow. Company is still too white ( male and female) and diversity is forced at the expense of talent.
