The actual workers are great.
Cons
No accountability for Executive Management. When they don't meet earnings goals, they immediately look for cheaper labor pool. Senior Management makes promises to team leaders, asking them to step up and promising retroactive pay to for taking a management position now, the promise is never fulfilled. It's difficult to reassure clients that we can successfully implement a new product or service for them when the company keeps getting rid of experienced people, in favor of off-shore cheap labor.
