Pros
Stack is being migrated to new micro services. Great hands on opportunity to implement things from scratch.
Cons
Bonus etc dependant on company performance along with employees' so don't expect a handsome amount even if you put in 200% effort. Also the points system that is awarded for good work is taxable and i can't even spend the way i want it. Forced to buy from limited sources. I might want to invest it especially if money is taxable.
