Senior leadership is completely disorganized. It felt like our project was trying to lose customers because our product had so many bugs. The dev environment is chaotic. One hour your coding fine the next it crashes because somebody pushed up bugs without realizing it. Actually finding a stable environment to do work is extremely time intensive. There was power harassment with the lead developer.
