Pros
*Good environment *Good hours depending on the location of the store, for me it's usually averaging 25 hrs. *Flexible hours *Team building events are fun asf
Cons
*As a company, Finish Line does not seem to care about their employees. Sales are what's important. *They expect you to reach certain goals and do more everyday but aside from regular pay, there is no commission. *During the pandemic, recently, my team was severely short staffed because most of them were quarantined, the company refused to close the store, had only one Supervisor running our big store, two of us store associates worked overtime (that weeks pay was cut 19% for taxes) while my Supervisor was working while still recovering from getting Covid, she was not 100% okay, the company was still expecting to meet our daily sales goals regardless of the situation, and we never got to hear so much as a thank you. The only thing we got in return was a Sunday off (or a week off in my case for personal reasons which I had already mentioned months before). *It is really not a place to work for permanently, unless you're planning on climbing up to Store Manager, District Manager or other.
