This is a job that requires tolerance for a high level of stress, especially for rush hours. A lot to do, and a lot of code of conducts to follow. Although, the work environment was made toxic and un-bearable by management. Management position is a tough work, and stress can be received by others as rudenss, but it is no excuse to treat your employees like slaves.
