Pros
You get great training. Great product line. They are a very large worldwide company with ample opportunity... Because they have a high turnover rate... Because they don't treat their employees well unless you are in the corporate office then you have it made.
Cons
Trying to be a premier place to work and actually being a premier place to work are 2 very different things. Figure that out please. You are bleeding employees cause you over work your managers and underpay your technicians. Change with the times please. Techs get paid hourly at most places now not company's flat rate. I say company's because Mitchell is who they say they go by but if you look up Mitchell and then you look up Firestone's you will get different times. No work life balance
