      You can really help clients out in need.

      Cons

      Upper level management is never present when needed, although they are always on the phone/email pressuring you for "numbers" that are unrealistic. Pay is a joke, there are way too many great people who have invested several years with the company for ridiculous pay. New hires are receiving much higher pay, I was one of them.

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
