      Pros

      Very flexible as long as your shop is performing well. This is a company that distinguishes from its competitors by having beautiful stores, friendly staff, and strong support systems as well as training.

      Cons

      Sometimes we have too many big sales to market for in shorts periods of time. I would suggest separating them at least 2 months in between. Every day we have/make good deals.

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
